Swine flu jabs for Haj pilgrims

Swine flu vaccines are being given to Egyptians planning on travelling to Mecca at the end of the month for the Haj.

With up to 2.5m pilgrims expected, Saudi Arabia has called for all visitors to be vaccinated - while discouraging those from vulnerable groups from coming at all.
