Israelis 'seize Iran arms ship'

Israel's navy has intercepted a ship carrying hundreds of tonnes of Iranian weapons intended for Hezbollah in Lebanon, the military has said.

Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has denied the allegations as have Iran and Syria.

A spokesperson in Israel said checks uncovered ''various types of weaponry disguised as a civilian cargo''.
