Iranian media has reported the successful testing of two of the country's longest-range missiles, a week after it was revealed a second uranium enriching plant was being built south of Tehran.

The Shahab-3 and Sajjil missiles are capable of reaching Israel and other countries in the Gulf.

The tests have done nothing to improve already strained international relations, and there is further talk of sanctions against Tehran.

Jon Leyne reports.
