Between Islamic and contemporary art

The Jameel International Art Prize is given to the best contemporary artist or designer whose work has been inspired by the Islamic traditions of craft and design.

An exhibition of nine artists and designers who've been short-listed for the prize is being held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Maryam Erfan, of the BBC Persian service, paid a visit to the museum.
