'Shift needed' in Afghan approach

The new commander of US and Nato-led troops in Afghanistan says troops need to make a "fundamental shift" in attitude to reduce civilian casualties.

General Stanley McChrystal says troops will be told to stop firing at insurgents if civilians are present unless the soldiers' lives are under direct threat.

Damian Grammaticas reports from Uruzgan province in Southern Afghanistan.
