Tense calm on Tehran's streets

Iranian state television has reported that 10 people were killed in clashes on Saturday between police and what it called "terrorists" in Tehran.

Security forces remained deployed on the streets of the capital on Sunday.

Heavy restrictions have been placed on the BBC and other foreign news organisations. Reporters are not allowed to cover unauthorised gatherings or move around freely in Tehran. Jeremy Bowen reports.
