Brown condemns violence in Iran


The UK Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, has condemned the use of violence and media suppression in Iran.

Mr Brown says he would like to pursue "a good relationship with Iran" under the provision that the elections have been conducted fairly and that there is "no unfair suppression of rights and of individuals".
