Lebanon targets Israel's 'spies'


More than 40 people have been detained on suspicion of providing Israel with information on Hezbollah targets, in an unprecedented wave of arrests in Lebanon.

A number of wanted suspects are also said to have fled across the border from Lebanon to Israel. Jerusalem has not commented on the allegations.
