Son 'to take over' Egyptian party

Egypt's ruling party has come together for its annual conference in the face of growing discontent from the public.

Critics say the gathering is being used by the party's leaders to tout Gamal Mubarak, President Hosni Mubarak's son, as the man who will take over.

Christian Fraser reports from Cairo.
