Yemen morgue murder: more confessions reported
A Sudanese medical assistant arrested on suspicion of raping and murdering up to sixteen women in Yemen, is reported to have confessed to killing eleven women in Sudan. The man worked in the morgue at the University of the Yemeni capital, Sana. The man -- Mohammed Adam Omar -- is also accused of selling body parts from some of his victims. After his arrest on Friday, investigators were sent to Jordan, Kuwait and Sudan to gather more information. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
