US helicopter goes down in Iraq

A US helicopter has crashed in Iraq's troubled Anbar province, injuring four crew members and leaving the other two missing, the US military has said.

The UH-60 Blackhawk transport helicopter went down during a routine flight on Tuesday.

The incident did not seem to have been caused by enemy action, Marine Corps spokesman Maj Riccoh Player said.

The aircraft has been located and all available resources were being used to find the missing crew, he added.
