The shootout in which one died was the second such attack in one week

Palestinian militants have killed an Israeli in a drive-by shooting outside the West Bank city of Hebron, Israeli army and rescue service officials say.
Two others were injured, one seriously, in the attack which happened at a popular hitchhiking spot.
The militants are reported to have then fired at another vehicle as they drove away, injuring a third person.
It is the second such West Bank attack in five days. On Monday militants shot at another car.
The hitchhiking post is near the Jewish settlement of Beit Haggai.
Israel has accused the Palestinians of breaking a four-month-old truce, and have resumed targeted attacks on militants.
This week, it has arrested a large number of suspected Islamic Jihad activists, including 25 in and around Hebron.
