'Saudi militants' die in shootout
Breaking news graphic
Saudi forces have killed two suspected Islamist militants after clashes in the city of Taif, security sources say.

The Saudi-owned Arabiya TV network said the men were wanted by the authorities but were not linked to the latest shooting spree and siege in Khobar.

In a separate incident, shots have been fired at US citizens in the capital Riyadh, but no one is reported hurt.

The attack on Saturday and Sunday in Khobar left 22 people dead, mostly foreign workers. Three gunmen escaped.
