This breath-taking mirror view of Loch Ossian on Rannoch Moor in the Highlands was taken by Ruairidh Alexander from East Kilbride. He snapped it during the recent spell of fine weather.
"Enough to put a smile on your face," said David Palmer from Glasgow who took this photo capturing the "stunning colours of Aquilegias on the first warm days of spring".
James MacInnes from Glasgow "stumbled upon this little guy" climbing Beinn Chabhair in the Crianlarich hills. He said: "No doubt waiting for his mother to return."
This picture entitled "Made in Scotland" was submitted by Chris Miles from Airdrie. It shows a view of Ben Nevis taken from the summit of Sgurr Eilde Mòr.
"Doing 5km in stilettos! This is surely one of the bravest entrants in the Race for Life, " said Sandy King. He snapped this shot as he cheered on his daughter Heather on Argyle Street in Glasgow.

David Longstaff from Moray took this photo of gunfire during a battle re-enactment at Urquhart Castle. He said: "Look carefully amongst the smoke and you'll see the musket's wadding in mid-flight."
Gordon Wardrope from Dumbartonshire took this photo on the steam train from Fort William to Mallaig as it crossed the Glenfinnan Viaduct. The viaduct famously featured in a Harry Potter film.
"This is a picture of my sons, Alistair and Craig, taken outside Duck Bay Marina on Loch Lomond," said Joanne Gaylor. She is originally from Glasgow but lives in Germany.
