Glamour model Sophie, 20, from Cheshire, was the first contestant to be booed. She has had a boob job and posed for Playboy, which her family did not know about - they do now.

Kris, 24, says he dropped out of university after the girls stopped doing his work for him. Ex-Russian rock star Angel is a former boxing champion and loves working out.

All the contestants were told they were "non-housemates" who had to complete tasks to ensure their place. Rodrigo, 23 (left), shaved off Noirin's eyebrows and drew on her face to secure their future.

Sree (left) says his main ambition is to become prime minister. American student Cairon, 18, says he used to be "a player" and that his dad calls him Casanova.

Sophia, 26, is only 4ft 11ins and works in banking. She is single at the moment and says men give her headaches.

Originally from Pakistan, Beinazir, 28, calls herself a humanitarian. In contrast, Karly, 21, left university after three weeks. She says she is unemployed, but also a part-time model.

Marcus, a 35-year-old window fitter from London, claims to have Wolverine-like qualities. Saffia, 27, is a mother of two and says she will miss her children "'immensely" during her time in the house.

Last into the compound was Siavash, who wants to make a law "banning ugly people from having children". The show continues on Channel 4 at 2100 BST nightly.
