Bristol International Airport is hoping to nearly double the size of its site at Lulsgate.

Airport bosses said demand for air travel to and from the South West was forecast to grow.

The expanded terminal is expected to handle 10 million passengers a year by 2016.

Campaigners are concerned the expansion will increase noise, pollution and traffic congestion.
