VAT fraudster's seized assets

Meaford Hall in Stone, Staffordshire, is one of two properties seized from convicted VAT fraudster Craig Johnson. It is his most significant UK-based asset, with an estimated market value of £2.5m to £3m.

According to one of his neighbours, Mr Johnson was having helicopter lessons and often flew over the Meaford Hall grounds.

A boat belonging to Craig Johnson was also seized by the authorities.

Mr Johnson had a large collection of luxury cars including two Bentleys.

Mr Johnson's luxury car collection also included an Aston Martin DB7.
