The Grand Pier at Weston-super-Mare looks set to be rebuilt after it was destroyed in a devastating blaze in July, which started in an area containing deep fat fryers.
Designs showing how the landmark could be redeveloped have now gone on show in the North Somerset town.
Pier owner Kerry Michael said he would now look closely into the costing of the proposals.
Six firms of architects have submitted ideas for how the pavilion could be rebuilt.
The companies are Stride Treglown, Acanthus Ferguson Mann, Angus Meek, AWW, Grimshaw and Ray Hole.
It is hoped the pier can be completely restored by the summer of 2010.
The designs can be viewed at the Winter Gardens from 30 September until 6 October from 1000 to 1800 BST.
