Soldiers, sailors and airmen represented their units in the parade, which wound its way through Edinburgh's Old Town

A memorial service was held in the city's St Giles' Cathedral

The service and parade was in memory of 24 British, Danish, US and Czech soldiers who lost their lives during the deployment of the 52 Infantry Brigade in Helmand Province from October to April
