The Saracen's Head, which dates back to 1492, sits on The Green in Kings Norton, Birmingham, neighbouring the Old Grammar School.

It was originally built as a house for a wealthy merchant but was later turned into an inn.

The restoration work to the Saracen's Head cost a total of £3.5m and took four years.

Historians have claimed the wife of Charles I, Queen Henrietta Maria, stayed overnight in the building, during the English Civil War in 1643.
