BBC News website readers have been sending us their pictures of the Olympic torch procession. Harmeet Singh went to Wembley to see the start of the relay.
Tim Battersby saw the Olympic flame being taken from a bus in Ladbroke Grove before lighting the torch.
Andrew Grill began to follow the torch along Ladbroke Grove. The torch itself is surrounded by police and flame attendants who are responsible for keeping the flame alight.
Protesters lined the procession route waiting for the torch to pass. Here Andrew Grill captured the moment one protester tried to get through to the torch.
Joseph Lovell managed to get fairly close to the torch as it passed Notting Hill.

Further along the route the Chinese ambassador took the torch through Chinatown. Joseph Lovell caught up with the procession to capture the moment.

Helen Tracey was at Canary Wharf to see the torch arrive, before making the final leg of its journey to North Greenwich and the O2 arena.
