The king of the boxing ring, Joe Calzaghe, met the Prince of Wales in Cardiff for some gentle verbal sparring.
The Newbridge boxer, celebrating 10 years as champion, told the prince: "Fighting is easy, making the weight is the hardest."

Calzaghe displayed a Lonsdale belt from the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame presented to him by Prince Charles
Earlier, there was a solemn ceremony as Prince Charles opened the Royal British Legion's Field of Remembrance in Cardiff
The prince also paused in Cathays Park to see the new memorial to the Falklands Conflict
