Herb Solow, who is now lecturing at Lampeter University in Ceredigion, worked with Frank Sinatra on the movie Dirty Dingus Magee.
Solow (L) said Mr Spock's look had to be changed after Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry (R) initially gave him a "satanic" appearance.

Solow rose to become MGM's vice-president of worldwide television and motion picture production.
He now lectures at Lampeter University about American/Jewish influences in Hollywood.
