In pictures: Wallace and Gromit sketches

Wallace and Gromit are to return in their first TV adventure since 1995's A Close Shave. Pre-production sketches show Gromit working as a baker (Aardman Animations 2007)

The new adventure, called Trouble At' Mill, sees Wallace wooing new love interest Piella Bakewell.

The story finds Wallace and Gromit running their own bakery business, only to discover that local bakers are disappearing in mysterious circumstances...

Oscar-winner Nick Park is due to start shooting the new film in January 2008. He said he was looking forward to working outside the pressures of Hollywood.

Trouble At' Mill is expected to be shown on BBC One in late 2008.
