Israeli forces have been removing dozens of Jewish settlers from two houses in the West Bank town of Hebron.
Two families, who had been squatting in the houses for several months, were removed following a court order issued this week.
The settlers say the homes were originally owned by Jewish families who asked them to come to Hebron to "renew the Jewish community".
Several police officers were slightly injured in the scuffles with the settlers who pelted them with stones and eggs.
Supporters of the families moved into the building in recent days, reinforcing the doors and windows ahead of the raid.
Teenagers were also involved in the occupation.
Hebron is home to several hundred Jewish settlers who live in heavily guarded enclaves in the mainly Palestinian town and is a frequent flashpoint for violence.
