Clay Wilton's photo of two men cycling along the beach as huge cumulus clouds loom over the horizon in Zanzibar is the first in a series of shots of African landscapes.
Dr Wilson Orhiunu sent in this photo from the continent's highest point saying, "I love Africa because it has the great Kilimanjaro."
Keith Jenkins took this while flying over the Victoria Falls. He said: "There had been a lot of rain and the Zambezi River was very full - an amazing sight, water on fire."
