The Lonely Planet Blue list has tipped Northern Ireland as a "must-see" destination for 2007. Beautiful scenes like the Giant's Causeway have helped it to the accolade.
As well as stunning natural views, NI boasts some fine city architecture. Highlights include Derry's city walls - one of the few intact city walls in Europe.
The Antrim Coast Road, built in the 1830s, hugs the coast around headlands and bays for 22 miles.

The "Mountains of Mourne" were designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty in 1966.
The guide describes NI's cities "as pulsating". Nowhere is this more apparent than in the pubs.
