In pictures: The Margate Exodus

Margate's Dreamland funfair was used as the backdrop for a day of public performance on Saturday retelling the Old Testament story of Moses.

Sculptor Anthony Gormley worked for weeks at Dreamland on an 82ft (25m) tall figure made of rubbish.

Anthony Gormley's Waste Man was set alight as dusk fell after the day of events in Margate.
