Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah has made his first public appearance since before the recent conflict with Israel.
Hundreds of thousands of Lebanese gathered in south Beirut, heavily bombed by Israel, for a rally to celebrate Hezbollah's self-proclaimed victory.
Hezbollah wanted the rally to be a formal celebration of their perceived victory in the conflict, and put on a full military show.
Sheikh Nasrallah arrived on stage accompanied by security guards. He said he decided to appear in person only 30 minutes before the rally.
Security was tight, with armed guards on rooftops and the crowd carefully monitored by Hezbollah.
The speech went down well with the thousands in the crowd, many of whom had travelled from different parts of Lebanon.
