Loved ones have been grieving after a stampede which killed dozens of people in the Philippines capital Manila.

Rescuers loaded bodies onto trucks after the tragedy, which happened when tens of thousands came to watch the recording of a popular TV show.

Many of the more than 200 injured were packed into Manila's Pasig City hospital.

Friends and relatives waited anxiously outside the hospital for news of their loved ones.

Medical staff wrote names of the injured on a board.

This woman was able to find her sister in the hospital and comfort her there.
