In pictures: Battle of Britain commemorated

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall unveil a memorial to Battle of Britain pilots.

Dame Vera Lynn and Sir Jimmy Savile also attended the unveiling of the memorial at the Victoria Embankment in London.

Charles and Camilla also attended a service at Westminster Abbey commemorating the battle.

Wing Commander Bob Foster flew the only surviving Hurricane in the Battle of Britain flypast.

Spitfires took part in another anniversary flypast at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford, Cambridgeshire.
