BBC News Online's US election challenge

As the US election race heads into the home straight, BBC News Online is sending a special reporting team out on the road to cover the stories you want to read about.

And we would like to ask you, our users, to set all of their assignments for one week, as part of our Vote USA 2000 special election coverage.

Our intrepid reporters - Washington Correspondent Tom Carver (above, left) and BBC News Online's bureau producer Kevin Anderson (right) - will be excused all normal duties, so that they can concentrate on the tasks you set them.

Tell us in the form below where you want them to go and what stories or tasks you would like to see them tackle.

When we've received your replies, we'll publish the itinerary you've set for them, and details of their assignments.

Then you - and we - will be able to follow their progress as they hit the campaign trail in search of your stories.
