An acronym standing for Young Upscale Cuban Americans.

This refers to a key group of voters made up of those too young to remember exile from Fidel Castro's regime, but angry at the way, as they saw it, the Cuban boy Elian Gonzalez became a Republican pawn. They tend to be Democratic voters.
