Audio slideshow: The courage of Miep Gies

The woman who saved the diary of Anne Frank - and helped protect the Jewish girl and her family from the Nazis for more than two years - has died in the Netherlands aged 100.

Here - with the help of archive audio from the Oscar-winning documentary 'Anne Frank Remembered' - Gillian Walnes, the co-founder of the Anne Frank Trust UK, pays tribute to the courage and modesty of Miep Gies.
