Maldives sells presidential bling

The new President of the Maldives, Mohamed Nasheed, is getting rid of the luxurious trappings of power.

The BBC's Chris Morris has visited the private presidential island, where former President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom ruled and lived for 30 years.

The private quarters include a yacht, gold-plated bathrooms, cricket ground and luxurious presidential office.
