What's your funniest political joke?

Whether it is self-deprecating humour, cartoons in newspapers or partisan jokes, the world of politics is rich in humour.

The Weekend World Today programme on the BBC World Service would like to hear you best examples of political humour.

Earlier this week, the New Yorker magazine came under fire for a cartoon depicting US presidential candidate Barack Obama wearing Islamic clothing.

The magazine tried to explain it was a joke and a satirical look at Mr Obama's critics, but many missed the point of the cover.
