Fritzl's sister-in-law talks

The sister-in-law of Josef Fritzl has said he was a tyrant and that his wife had no knowledge of captives in the basement of their house.

The woman, 'Christine R', says that her sister Rosemarie was a good mother and fought to keep her family together.
