Warning over curry salt levels

A health group says people could be eating more than three times the daily recommended intake of salt when they buy a curry -- along with typical extras like nan bread, poppadoms and chutney.

Consesus Action on Salt and Health says unnecessarily high levels of salt in food increases blood pressure, causing heart attacks and strokes.
