Lax parents 'fuel binge drinking'

Parents who let their children have the occasional drink may be putting them at risk, according to the Chief Medical Officer for England.

Sir Liam Donaldson has issued new advice to parents recommending that children shouldn't touch alcohol before the age of 15.

Evidence showed that this could lead to binge drinking in later life, he said.
