Aspirin 'only for heart patients'

Doctors are being urged to take another look at the treatment of millions of patients who take aspirin to prevent heart disease.

A paper in the Drug and Therapeutics Bulletin says the risks and benefits of a daily dose for people who have not already experienced heart problems are very "finely balanced".
