Middle-age obesity warning

Scientists are warning that putting on weight in middle age reduces the chance of living a long and healthy life by around 80 per cent.

A long-term study of thousands of women found the fatter they were at the age of 50, the more likely they were to have a range of diseases later in life. Asha Tanna reports.
