'Stem cell tourism' in Germany

The US government has recently relaxed regulations on studying stem cells, in the hope that it may help find a cure for a range of conditions, but treatments are banned.

Other countries have fewer restrictions, leading to a growing phenomenon of what has been described as stem cell tourism.

Michael Moore, a former model, has travelled to Germany to receive controversial stem cell treatment.
