Virus 'spread by people not pigs'

World Health Organization acting Assistant Director General Keiji Fukuda has said that the swine flu virus is "moving from person to person" rather than being transmitted by pigs.

A 23-month-old Mexican child has died of swine flu in Texas - the first death from the virus outside Mexico, where it may have killed as many as 159 people.
