Diana Award for woman with cancer

Six years ago Nicole Dryburgh was diagnosed with cancer of the spine and given two months to live.

Since then she has raised thousands of pounds for charity, published two books, and runs a website. But she cannot see, hear or walk.

It is a remarkable story which was recognised last night at Downing Street where Nicole, who is celebrating her 20th birthday, received a Diana Award.
