Expert's advice to prevent flu

The number of cases of flu in England and Wales is heading for its highest level in nine years, figures suggest.

There is concern that illness will put extra pressure on NHS hospitals and out of hours services.

The BBC's Huw Edwards spoke to Professor John Oxford, a flu expert at st Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospital.
