Cardiac risk in the young

There are calls for better health screening to prevent the deaths of young people from undiagnosed heart conditions.

Twelve youngsters die from heart attacks every week, according to the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).

Claire Prosser's son Tom died a year ago, aged 14. As part of the grieving process she began a diary.

'Life After Tom' will be broadcast on Monday 13th October on BBC Radio 4 at 2000BST.
