Posture lessons help back pain

The Alexander technique can be an effective long-term treatment for back pain, according to research from the British Medical Journal.

The study was one of the first major assessments of the technique, which helps people improve posture and co-ordination.

Diana Maclellan has been teaching the Alexander Technique for more than 20 years.
