Jersey introduces bike helmet law for under 18s

In Jersey, wearing bicycle helmets is set to become compulsory for every cyclist under 18.

But some cycling groups are worried that it will reduce the number of bikes on the road.

Currently in the UK, wearing a cycle helmet is not compulsory.

Graham Satchell reports.
