Island swine flu cases jump to 20

A further five cases of swine flu have been confirmed in Jersey, bringing the total to 20.

All the patients are said to be recovering well.

All the patients were on Tamiflu and all their contacts had been advised and given the drug as a precaution, health officials said.

Islanders seeking advice about swine flu can call a helpline on 01534 445566 which is open from 0830 to 1730 BST, Monday to Friday.
