Jersey food gets Oliver treatment

Diners at a London restaurant set up by chef Jamie Oliver will be eating Jersey produce throughout May.

The menu at Fifteen in Hoxton will include Jersey crab, Jersey Royal potatoes and Jersey scallops.

The customers will be informed about about the origins of the food by the waiters and waitresses.

The television chef and campaigner set up Fifteen in 2002 to give disadvantaged youngsters the chance to train as chefs.
